Fluffy Pants Doofenshmirtz is the uncle of Heinz Doofenshmirtz. It is unknown why he got his name, since he never wears pants. Heinz named the cat he found in "Spa Day" after him.

It is implied that Fluffy Pants was evil, and seeing as he was a relative of Heinz Doofenshmirtz who longs to be evil, it is very likely. Heinz also stated that he never actually wore any pants, and he didn't know why they called him that. However, he does love giving people nicknames.
