Candace tries to bust Phineas and Ferb when, to play a game of indoor "hide and seek", the boys shrink down their friends, including their extreme fan, Irving. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz attaches a nanobot to Perry in an attempt to discover where he lives, and sees Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, Buford and Irving while doing so.
