He's a Bully was a song featured in "Raging Bully".
During this song, Phineas go through a montage of training in various places around the mall with help from Evander Holyfield and Ferb. But during this time, Buford also goes through some training at the Wedgie'e gym for bullies.
He's a Bully is also one of the eight songs that will be re-released in the Phineas and Ferb Karaoke Soundtrack.
