Star Wars Edit

An exact line from A New Hope, which was said by Luke Skywalker when he was about to destroy the Death Star.
"Out to Launch"
Frozen Carbonite Doofenshmirtz freezes Perry in an ice tray, similar to when Han Solo was frozen in carbonite in The Empire Strikes Back. Perry also has the same pose and almost the same expression. "Out to Launch"
Leia in Hologram "Help me, Phineas and Ferb, you're my only hope."
Baljeet says that, a reference to Help me, Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope.
"Attack of the 50 Foot Sister"
The Force Doofenshmirtz pantomimes a Force Grip while fighting Agent P and says "Just kidding. But I made you look, didn't I?" "Backyard Aquarium"
Landspeeders During the song "Technology vs. Nature," Phineas and Ferb ride a landspeeder to carry all of the baby items.

"Perry Lays an Egg"

Darth Vader "I am not your Father!" "I have you now."
This is a reference to the famous "I am your Father" from Episode V and the exact quote in Episode IV.
"The Chronicles of Meap"
Episode IV, A New Hope "That's no cloud; that's a space station."
Ferb says this, referencing the similar line in A New Hope.
"The Chronicles of Meap"
Every Star Wars movie, book, video game, and comic book "I've got a good feeling about this."
Phineas says this, referencing the phrase "I've got a bad feeling about this" that appears in every Star Wars film.

Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back Throughout the episode, Phineas refers to a "cute interference," referencing the scene in Episode V. "The Chronicles of Meap"
Episode VI, Return of the Jedi "I'm endangering the mission, I shouldn't have come."
Isabella's line when she says she's responsible for the "cute interference," referencing a line from "Return of the Jedi."

Disturbance in the Force "I sense a disturbance in the cup stacking universe...I think my record's been broken."
Doofenshmirtz says this, clearly referencing a "disturbance in the Force" that is mentioned in several Star Wars works.
Isabella also seems to feel a disturbance in the "Whatcha doin?" universe when Candace says the line.
"Thaddeus and Thor" and Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!
Princess Leia's Hair Candace's hair gets hit by a brush and when the brush came off, her hair looked like Princess Leia's hair in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. "At the Car Wash"

AT-AT Walkers

There is an AT-AT Walker during the song, "The Phin-tastic Ferb-ulous Car Wash" during the line, "We're even on your TV." Also, The Beak used a grappling hook to tie up the legs of the Khaka-Crawler, a technique used to defeat AT-AT Walkers in The Empire Strikes Back.

Raiders of the Lost Ark Phineas and Ferb try to escape a giant glass ball full of candy, shaped like a huge boulder, just like Indy did in Raiders of the Lost Ark. "Are You My Mummy?"
The Temple of Doom Doofenshmirtz and Perry cause a flood, similar to what happened in The Temple of Doom.

Raiders of the Lost Ark Vanessa says to Ferb after he saves her from the giant lawn-mower, "Well, Ferb, you certainly know how to show a girl a good time", much like Marion Ravenwood said to Indiana Jones after the fight in her bar. "Vanessassary Roughness"
The Temple of Doom A Season 2 episode is named "Isabella and the Temple of Sap" in homage to the film. "Isabella and the Temple of Sap"
All the Movies When Perry is being chased by Dr.D with his Giant Mechanical Hand, Perry throws his hat over the hand, slides under and then catches it on the other side. "Ain't No Kiddie Ride"

The Monster Ferb dresses as Frankenstein's Monster at the haunted house he and his stepbrother build for Isabella Garcia-Shapiro. "One Good Scare Ought to Do It!"
The Tale Dr. Phineastein makes a Platypus monster like Frankenstein. He also wears what Dr. Victor Frankenstein wears, and has an assistant wearing Igor clothes, bearing a hump. "The Monster of Phineas-n-Ferbenstein"
The Monster At the moment you hear "or locating Frankenstein's brain" and you see Phineas and Ferb in the lab of Dr. Victor Frankenstein with the monster on a table. The Theme Song

Phineas says this while trying to save his sister from falling to her doom off a cliff on the Bettys' Tour Bus. It is said to the tone of Captain James T. Kirk.

Chocolate with Nuts At the beginning of the episode, when Phineas pops out of the mailbox and scares the mailman, it could be a possible reference to Spongebob whenever he camps in the mailbox waiting for the mail. "No More Bunny Business"
