Pinhead Pierre (John DiMaggio) was the host of a kids' television program that aired in Great Britain called The Pinhead Pierre Show! He was a favorite of Lawrence Fletcher. It also shows that it was an inspiration of Phineas getting the idea of making their own TV show named "Team Improbable". Before the show starts, Phineas dresses like Pinhead in order to introduce the show. This might mean that Phineas really liked the show and wanted to include it because of the inspiration it gave him of creating the show which includes Baljeet, Buford, Isabella, his brother Ferb, himself, and even his sister Candace. Pierre has been in the background of some episodes, with a normal head, and no giant costume. After this episode, Pinhead Pierre is never mentioned again by any of the characters, but he can be seen in a few episodes. His apperance is described in the show's title song. The song says that he "has the smallest head of which I'm aware, and it's about the size and shape of a pear. Who this "I" is refering to is currently unknown.
